Created as a part of the rebrand for the coffee shop formerly known as Salter Bros Coffee in Arlington, TX.
The First Roast
Before the first dawn touched these plains, the goddess Caffeina descended with a lion born of fire and dust. Together they brewed the first roast, gifting humankind the power to rise with the sun.
The Canvas
The canvas and background was already established by the client. My challenge and task was to leverage the background and integrate a concept that works with the space and the background.
The Results
When completed, the mural completely transformed the space into a noteworthy icon in Arlington, TX blending both the mythos of the coffee making process with the history of Arlington.
